New Prompt List & Rule Update

 I've added new prompt lists thanks to some wonderful suggestions. The new lists are Times of Day, Occupations, Weather, Gemstones/Minerals/Stones & Precious Metals, Modes of Transportation, and Flower/plant meanings. I've also updated the rules to indicate that since new prompt lists are added regularly, it's fine to request a new deck at any time. 

 
Edit: Ah. I'm aware the numbering is off now. I'll fix it later as I have to leave the house now.
